Whole Healing Method™ provides educational and consultative wellness services.

Participation in programs, guides, consultations, or digital education does not constitute medical care, nursing services, diagnosis, or treatment.

No nurse–patient or provider–patient relationship is established through website use or educational participation unless formal enrollment documents specify otherwise.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program.

  • Determine program placement based on application review

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

  • Formal acceptance

  • Signed agreement

  • Completion of required documentation

  • Receipt of payment or payment plan initiation

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Complete payments according to selected plan

  • Fulfill installment agreements if on payment plan

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services and materials.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, intellectual property, and consultative services:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Educational guides

  • Completed consultations

  • Missed appointments

  • Partial program participation

Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Whole Healing Method™.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Whole Healing Method™ including but not limited to:

  • Guides

  • PDFs

  • Educational materials

  • Course content

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Written content

  • Program structures

Is the intellectual property of Whole Healing Method™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, shared, or resold without written permission.

Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement.

8. User Conduct

By engaging with this website and services, you agree not to:

  • Share program materials publicly

  • Record sessions without consent

  • Distribute proprietary information

  • Use materials for commercial replication

  • Engage in unlawful activity

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

  • Digital product purchase

11. Modification of Services

Whole Healing Method™ reserves the right to:

  • Update pricing

  • Change offerings

  • Discontinue services

At any time without prior notice.

12. Termination

Termination does not relieve financial obligations already incurred.
